Hyobiten is an exhibition of the works finished by the members of our society.
It is one of the most important event for our soceity and takes place every year usually in the middle of October.
Hyogu means to hang paper and it plays an important role in the art work like paintings and calligraphic works. Hyogu is known as traditional Crafts in Japnese culture.
We offer prizes for excellent pieces of member’s work. About 1500 visitors enjoy the exhibition in 2 days.
Of course, not only the exhibition, we have some special spots for visitors. We provide consultation service at the counseling corner. You can try to craft by yourself in experience spot. And we sell our works at the exhibition shop.
